About
The Saol Project is a micro flower farm and floral design studio just outside of Guelph, Ontario. “Saol” (pronounced SAIL) means “Life” in Gaelic and that’s exactly what this company represents. We care deeply about community and are committed to doing business in a way that allows for more collaboration (less competition), more sharing (less taking), more trust (less fear) and more opportunities for the average couple, event planner, homeowner, etc to enjoy beautiful flowers in an ethical and sustainable way.
We are thrilled to grow stunning, local blooms and offer design work that is natural, intentional and authentically curated for our clients.
For us, flowers are not the end goal. Instead, they are the tools to bring us together. And it’s truly the best!

Meet the team!
Hannah: Owner and Lead Designer - forever starting a new project, needs to be told to drink water every day, shamelessly wears crocks around the farm
Brooke: Flower Farmer and Client Specialist - lover of good food, the great outdoors and any themed night. She is our saving grace when we want to wing it and she gives us a system to stick to
Colleen: Floral Designer - organizer extraordinaire, lover of spooky decor, our resident book recommender
Sam: Floral Designer - a super crafty gal, consistently cold but smiling, would definitely be the one we call if we’re in a fight or need to bury a body
Sarah: Farm Manager - our pottery queen, always up for good chats, constantly losing her notebook in the flower field
Rosie: Farm Supervisor - forever hunting bunnies, will be a good girl for pets, has a love affair with every dinosaur-shaped dog toy she meets
